About the Role
As Cluster Lead, you will:
- Work with Program Managers to define, launch, and drive analytical initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects and teams by working with business stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in policy, systems, and process frameworks and propose scalable solutions.
- Create presentations with compelling messages and insights tailored to different audience levels.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of management work experience, preferably in Vendor Business Services or Digital Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
