As a Digital Care Expert, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this vision by providing exceptional customer support to our growing user base.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers through various channels, including email, chat, phone, and social media
- Take ownership of solving complex customer queries using effective probing and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product knowledge and escalate complex issues as needed
- Communicate technical topics to customers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner
- Work closely with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment or tech company
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- The ability to use support platforms such as Zendesk, Slack, and Atlassian
- Prior experience working with tech teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing support tickets throughout the entire lifecycle
- A passion for creating extraordinary customer experiences and driving efficiency and productivity objectives
