As a Digital Care Expert, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this vision by providing exceptional customer support to our growing user base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers through various channels, including email, chat, phone, and social media
  • Take ownership of solving complex customer queries using effective probing and troubleshooting techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product knowledge and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Communicate technical topics to customers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner
  • Work closely with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment or tech company
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • The ability to use support platforms such as Zendesk, Slack, and Atlassian
  • Prior experience working with tech teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing support tickets throughout the entire lifecycle
  • A passion for creating extraordinary customer experiences and driving efficiency and productivity objectives
