Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business and delivering on our sales strategy for your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run a busy outbound pipeline of leads and provide top-class customer experience.
  • Use innovative prospecting techniques to target both cold accounts and new groups and divisions of existing Zendesk customers.
  • Generate high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into start-ups and enterprise businesses.
  • Actively source new leads through the use of social tools and demonstrate a "Can Do" attitude with a hunger to overachieve and succeed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales-related environment.
  • Passion to kick-start or continue a career in consultative sales.
  • Solid business experience (SaaS sales preferred), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Availability to work weekly in a hybrid model: Lisbon office and remotely.
