The company is currently looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to join its team at the Sofitel Lisbon hotel in Portugal. As a Senior Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy of all revenues and margins with the aim of increasing them, optimising the hotel's overall results.

The selected candidate will be integrated into the headcount for the hotel and will report directly to the Hotel General Manager.

Job Description

As a Senior Revenue Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to a significant gain in results by implementing effective revenue management strategies.
  • Ensuring consistency between the hotel's pricing policy and budget through regular monitoring and analysis.
  • Implementing operations, procedures, and best practices in revenue management to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities through competitive benchmarking studies and market trend analysis.
  • Carrying out dynamic forecasting to provide accurate predictions of expected results and variations.
  • Preparing the annual revenue budget and monthly forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Training the Reservations, Front Office, and Sales teams on upselling techniques and ensuring they are fully competent in using all systems.
