Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at Landing. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of contracted services according to contractual terms and service levels.
Main Responsibilities- Service Execution: Ensure the execution of contracted services, following a continuous process of expectations management.
- Communication: Manage communication with customers in the scope of service execution.
- Service Levels: Manage the fulfilment of service levels and contractual agreement scope, including changes to the same.
- Contract Cost Management: Manage contract costs.
- Escalation Process: Manage escalation processes.
- Priority Management: Manage priority levels in conflict situations.
- Issue Management: Manage issues with customers.
- Complaints Reply: Ensure complaints are replied to.
- Customer Providers: Manage customer providers when contracted.
- Contract Risks: Identify and follow up on contract risks when applicable.
- Financial Management: Manage finances, excluding invoice management.
- Service Reporting: Provide service reporting.
- Service Meetings: Schedule, execute, and document service meetings.
- Internal Tools: Update internal tools and systems at financial, operational, and document management levels.
- Responsibility: High sense of responsibility.
- Contractual Goals: Clear understanding and excellent commitment level with contractual goals.
- Resilience: High level of resilience and stress resistance.
- Education: High Degree or equivalent (training or professional experience).
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in similar functions.
- IT Knowledge: Broad knowledge in the IT area.
- Service Management: Solid knowledge of Service Management function.
- Certifications: Certifications in Service Management Methodologies (ITIL, ISO20000).
- Language: Fluency in English.
