About the Role

Fórum Selecção is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join its team in Lisboa. As a key member of our corporate bank, you will be responsible for managing internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless moves management, and maintaining accurate asset records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Teams Moves Management: Coordinate and execute internal relocations to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
  • Internal Clients Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Moves Process Involved Stakeholders Management: Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transitions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Information/Communication Management: Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • General Inventory Management (assets): Maintain accurate records of company assets, including tagging, monitoring, and regular control.
  • Assets tagging, monitor & assets regular control: Ensure all assets are properly identified and monitored to prevent loss or damage.
  • Assets moves management: Coordinate the relocation of assets to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
  • Amortization Process Management: Oversee the depreciation process for company assets to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Rate-off Process (connected with Finance Department): Work closely with the finance department to manage the rate-off process and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Team Tickets Management / Requests: Respond to team requests and tickets in a timely manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation Management / Archive: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including archiving important documents for future reference.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, inventory management, or business administration.
  • Experience in similar roles, preferably in a corporate banking environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
