Job Title: German Speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Talingual. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and applying incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and their transfer to general accounting. You will also check outstanding amounts and customer solvency, block and unblock orders following the manager's guidance and reconcile payments received with outstanding invoices. In this role, you will have customer contact regarding billing inquiries and resolve outstanding issues. Besides this, you will monitor and manage overdue accounts, implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and disputes. Part of your role will focus on preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status and contributing to month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English
Previous relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
What We Offer:
Monthly gross salary of 1,934 euro (paid out 14x a year) plus 226 euro bonus potential per month
