Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Manager to lead our French speaking team and drive client satisfaction.

Reporting directly to the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and Gross Profit Margin while maintaining high employee and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate data to produce forecasts.
  • Develop realistic budgets.
  • Support Team Leaders in their development and recruitment needs.
  • Set and follow up on quality and quantity targets for allocated clients/projects.
  • Communicate price structure and profitability goals clearly to the business unit.
  • Prepare for commercial negotiations and implement expansions to current and new businesses.
  • Establish an open and energetic culture within the business unit.
  • Review procedures and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience with commercial and/or operational responsibility.
  • Client relations and/or sales contact experience in CRM or related industries.
  • Good understanding of CRM best practices and markets.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • P&L management and associated financial practices experience.
  • Performance-driven environment experience.
  • High intermediate English and fluency in French.
  • Self-motivation and commercial acumen.
  • Effective leadership skills impacting people behavior.
  • Analytical skills to analyze results and make decisions based on facts and figures.
  • Quality, competence, and commitment ownership.
  • Results-focused and autonomous.
