**Andaz Turks & Caicos Providenciales Hotel & Residences Director of Sales and Marketing Opportunity**

Located in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands, Andaz Turks & Caicos Providenciales Hotel & Residences seeks an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in leading sales strategies for luxury lifestyle hotels and resorts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize hotel occupancy.
  • Solicit and manage client relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote hotel services and amenities.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive hotel Sales experience in a directive position, with a strong background in marketing for luxury lifestyle hotels and resorts. They will be responsible for managing public relations and media relations for luxury brands, as well as developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
