Welcome to the Biotech Pharma Summit team We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – English Speaker to join our dynamic sales and marketing department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to drive growth, develop strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our events.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong research and analytical abilities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective sales relationships, creating engaging content, and working closely with internal departments to achieve sales targets.
This role requires a high level of organization, flexibility, and adaptability, as well as a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning. If you are a results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
About the Role:
- Build and retain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and databases of client information
- Work with data to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
About Us:
We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as commissions and other benefits. You will also receive comprehensive training courses to help you develop your skills and advance your career.
We value flexibility and work-life balance, offering 4 weeks of holiday and a relaxed, casual work environment. Our company is based in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, and we welcome applications from EU citizens or individuals with the necessary visa to work in Portugal.
