Job Description
We seek a highly motivated and communicative individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Support professional. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
- Researching and identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and developing strategies to drive business growth.
- Tracking and managing sales pipeline activity, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- In Customer Support, actively listening to customers, providing accurate solutions, and delivering calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer queries.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English (B2 level sufficient), a valid school diploma or bachelor's degree, and experience in Customer Service or Sales, or a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
