We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Apply2Day. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Building relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
  • Keeping records of customer interaction, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary package of 35,000-40,000 EUR per year
  • 14 salaries per year
  • Extra bonus depending on performance appraisal
