As a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in shaping social media by ensuring that all posts align with community standards.
You will be part of our established team of Dutch speakers in Berlin, working alongside 14 other markets to make sure our partners' social media platform remains an enjoyable place for users.
This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the digital world and contribute to reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes, and misinformation online.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate user-generated reports that flag offensive or disturbing postings based on client policies and guidelines
- Review, block, and delete content that goes against community standards
- Commit to deliver high accuracy and quality at all times
We offer a relocation bonus of €1000 gross (min. 100 km to Berlin), daily company-subsidized meal options, modern office space, and much more.
Our monthly gross salary is €2583 (based on 40H per week) + additional individual monthly performance incentive of up to €150.
You will also receive a 40% shift bonus for hours worked on Sundays/public holidays and a 50% shift bonus for night shifts (10 pm-6:30 am).
Requirements- Excellent Dutch & English language skills – no German needed
- High awareness of cultural and political situations, social issues, and popular trends in the market/region
- An open mind to changing priorities and business processes
- A desire to work in a team-based, fast-paced, international environment
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7)
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany
