The Role

We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective operation of AI systems.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing AI models that align with project objectives, leveraging expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks
  • Collaborating with colleagues to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance throughout the AI development lifecycle
  • Staying current with AI trends, breakthroughs, and industry standards to maintain expertise and enhance solution offerings
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, data science, or machine learning
  • Proficiency in Python programming language, including knowledge of ML frameworks and cloud-based AI platforms like Azure ML and Databricks
  • Strong understanding of MLOps principles, including model training, deployment, and continuous optimization
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Data & AI services, OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab) and deploying AI solutions in production
