Job Responsibilities
The Global Workforce and HR Process Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing workforce planning strategies, partnering with HR and regional leaders, analyzing workforce data, evaluating and streamlining HR processes globally, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing audits, overseeing payroll vendors, collaborating with the CHRO, identifying and recommending solutions to improve payroll systems, ensuring compliance with payroll-related statutory and legal regulations, acting as the primary point of contact for vendor management and support services, ensuring mandatory reporting and adherence to global labor laws, leading payroll-related compliance and regulatory reporting, managing annual compliance and regulatory reporting processes, partnering with HR Managers to stay updated on statutory and legal laws, driving improvements in HR technology, implementing new solutions for automation and process optimization, owning system updates, testing, and notifications, developing user guides and training materials, serving as the main contact for vendor support and system enhancements, supporting HRIS processes, and maintaining data accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. You should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in global HR operations, workforce management, or payroll, with proven experience managing global payroll systems, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance. You should have a strong understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Sage People HCM) and payroll platforms. You should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and automation. You should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse, cross-functional teams. You should have knowledge of international labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
