**Job Description**

As a Head of Innovation, you will be part of an environment that promotes diversity of opinions and collaboration. You will help our clients create world-class experiences that inspire transformational agendas and identify new business opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and lead the innovation practice at Tn Portugal
  • Define and implement the strategy, vision, and objectives of the innovation practice
  • Lead the innovation practice day-to-day activities, supervising and participating in the creation of world-class experiences
  • Guide the co-creation of new solutions with clients and EYers applying innovation methodologies (design thinking)
  • Develop an innovation hub to centralize, structure, and create an innovation ecosystem at Tn Portugal
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential partners for the innovation practice

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience working with innovation and 7+ years of experience in management positions
  • A proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and deep understanding of innovation methodologies
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and navigate complex business challenges
  • The ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  • Experience collaborating and co-creating with clients, industry experts, academia, and other key players in the innovation ecosystem
