Customer Service Representative for Public Associations

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines customer service and public association support? Blu Selection is seeking a motivated and culturally aware individual to join their international team as a Customer Service Representative for Public Associations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for Public Associations, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to political, governmental, or similar associations
  • Offering consultancy, training, and support to clients regarding products and financial or operational questions
  • Identifying opportunities for general optimization
  • Utilizing related tools such as Salesforce and Excel
  • Facilitating communication between clients and different departments or the company
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and at least B2-C1 level of English
  • Previous experience in customer service and social media marketing is preferred
  • Ability to provide pre and post-sales support for all products
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of good customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
  • Willingness to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experience
  • Valid Portuguese work permit
