About the Role

Medtronic Plc is seeking a skilled Global Business Intelligence and Sales Strategy Lead to join our Reporting & Analytics Team for Western Europe. In this role, you will support our regional commercial and marketing functions with data-driven insights and comprehensive reporting that shape strategic decisions.

A Day in the Life

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives, translating their needs into analytics proposals that are fit for usage within the region. You will develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights into sales performance and market trends.

Your Responsibilities

* Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives;

* Developing, automating, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide insights into sales performance and market trends;
* Generating Analytics solutions following key initiatives within the operating unit and developing reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying key insights and trends;
* Ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting by performing regular data validation;
* Analysing sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales pipeline and revenue generation;
* Preparing regular ad hoc sales performance reports for the senior leadership team;
* Gathering market data from a variety of internal and external sources, analysing market developments, and competitive activity.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Analytics, Reporting, or Market Insights, with an excellent understanding of sales metrics and market research methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
