We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the growth and sales of our Media Sales Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing new business initiatives and strengthening relationships with agency planning teams.
About the RoleReporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day sales efforts and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with media agencies to ensure DAZN is top of mind for their media planning strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of integrated agreements that achieve commercial objectives and deliver against revenue targets;
- Closely working with the Sales team to deliver agency ad revenue budgets and meet annual sales objectives;
- Collaborating with Sales teams to develop multi-platform brand/sponsor integration strategies and executions that position DAZN as an innovator.
You will have:
- A commercial approach, sales, and goal-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese;
- Proven experience in a TV, OTT, or Digital Sales role; ideally from a marketing agency or publisher sales house as a Sales Executive;
- Proven experience in developing a sales pipeline and CRM software.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
