We are seeking a technical support specialist to join our team at Microsoft. As a technical support specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality support to customers on the Partner Center Platform. You will work closely with customers to resolve technical issues, determine pain areas, and provide feedback to improve our services.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to customers on the Partner Center Platform
• Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues
• Determine technical support pain areas
• Provide feedback to improve our services
• Maintain technical skills through ongoing training and certification
• Participate in the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for the cloud
Requirements
• Native Polish speaker
• Fluency in English (minimum B2)
• Customer service experience (technical support environment a plus)
• Troubleshooting mindset
