As a Technical Support Engineer, you will own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues.

Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Several years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field.Customer Support or Software Development (Cloud Application Development preferred) experience or equivalent.Experience in one or more programming languages: C#, C++, Java, Python, Node.Js.Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, an ability to use various data collection tools and methodologies to analyze problems, determine root cause and develop solutions.Experience in one or more of these areas desirable:Experience in three or more of the following is preferred or plus: Redis Cache, Service Fabric, Service Bus, Event Hub, Cloud Service, IoT suite, Azure Batch, Mobile Apps, Container, REST/SOAP (WCF) API, Kubernetes etc.Troubleshooting skills in Network and DNS is a plus.Familiarity with Web Servers such as IIS is a plus.Familiarity with packet sniffers: Fiddler or Network Monitor/Message Analyzer.Language Qualification:English Language: confident in reading, writing and speaking
