Oportunidade: Technical Support Engineer
Localização: Oeiras, Lisboa, Portugal
Regime: Hibrido (3x por semana no escritório)

Na Mootiva, estamos à procura de um(a) Technical Support Engineer para atuar na manutenção e suporte avançado de sistemas de portagem, garantindo operações eficientes e solucionando problemas técnicos complexos.
As suas Responsabilidades:
Diagnóstico & Resolução de Problemas – Resolver questões técnicas avançadas para além do suporte de Nível 1.
Gestão de Incidentes – Priorizar e resolver ocorrências de forma rápida, garantindo uma comunicação eficaz com os stakeholders.
Escalonamento de Problemas – Encaminhar questões não resolvidas para as equipas L3 ou suporte especializado.
Documentação & Partilha de Conhecimento – Criar registos técnicos e disseminar conhecimento para otimizar processos.
Interação com Clientes – Garantir um suporte eficiente e transparente, elevando a satisfação do cliente.
Análise de Causa Raiz – Identificar e corrigir problemas recorrentes para garantir a estabilidade do sistema.
O que procuramos? Conhecimentos Técnicos: Experiência com Linux OS, Java, aplicações web e bases de dados SQL.Sólida compreensão de protocolos de rede, sistemas de comunicação rodoviária e técnicas de troubleshooting.Experiência em integração de sistemas, garantindo uma comunicação eficiente entre componentes. Qualificações: Formação em Informática, Informática ou áreas afins.Certificações como ITIL, CompTIA A+, CCNA são uma mais-valia.Fluência em Português e Inglês (oral e escrita).
