The Role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Application Specialist to join our Automation & CRM Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our JIRA Service Desk, handling incidents and service requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our UiPath and Salesforce systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our JIRA Service Desk, proactively monitoring and resolving issues with UiPath and Salesforce.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents, accommodate urgent changes, and manage service requests efficiently.
  • Identify recurring issues, support conducting root cause analysis, and help implement solutions.
  • Manage UiPath processes, queues, assets, triggers, and virtual machines.
  • Perform Salesforce admin tasks, including user setup, profile management, customization, integrations, and reporting.
  • Monitor system health and stay updated on best practices.
  • Provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain clear documentation.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements, review and streamline processes whenever efficiency opportunities arise.
Requirements
  • Foundational understanding of UiPath and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ITIL, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Kanban and Scrum.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Independent and collaborative work ability.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
  • Team player, always willing to help out and with a growth mindset.
