Customer Service Opportunity

At Sitel, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analyze and solve emerging customer problems.
  • Enhance customer technical knowledge and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed service quality goals and productivity targets.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging customer experience.
  • Collaborate with management and provide valuable feedback.

Requirements:

  • Native or proficient level of Swedish (C2).
  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) for verbal and written communication.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Desire to learn and advance in the role.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
  • Local candidate or willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
