We are innovation drivers, possibility makers, and a reliable partner – all in one. Our business unit, Pharma Ingredients & Materials Europe, specializes in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and is looking for a motivated Commercial Operations Manager to replace a maternity leave.
Job DescriptionThe Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and strengthening profitable commercial relationships with customers and suppliers
- Identifying key decision-makers and decision-making processes in customer buying organizations
- Operating as the primary point of contact for customers within their area of responsibility
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and supplier relationships
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain and B2B marketing, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven work experience as a Commercial Operations Manager in the pharmaceutical environment
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and ERP systems (such as SAP)
- Excellent team work skills and the ability to contribute to HELM's success with competence and expertise
