We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at EDP Renováveis Servicios Financieros SA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital innovation and spearheading initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable value.

About the Role

The Digital Transformation Leader will collaborate closely with function leaders and digital teams to define and implement a comprehensive digital roadmap aligned with the company's priorities and strategy. This involves:

  • Driving global standardization of processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across regions;
  • Simplifying and modernizing the organization's application architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and reducing complexity;
  • Conducting thorough analyses to identify opportunities where digital solutions can enhance efficiency and deliver measurable value;
  • Collaborating closely with the application development and maintenance teams to address impacts on existing systems;
  • Staying at the forefront of emerging technology trends, applying them to optimize business processes and technology ecosystems;
  • Driving user adoption through effective communication, tailored training programs, and responsive support mechanisms;
  • Leading the implementation of digital initiatives, ensuring consistent monitoring of the digital roadmaps and reporting of progress;
  • Championing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the business enablement functions, focusing on efficiency and simplification;
  • Monitoring the performance of digital initiatives and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Driving continuous improvement by refining digital strategies, processes, and technologies based on feedback, learnings, and market dynamics;
  • Overseeing the prioritization and pipeline management for digital solutions developed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end digital transformation projects;
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including data analytics, AI, and automation, and their applications in a corporate context;
  • Proven analytical skills, capable of solving complex problems and driving data-driven decision-making;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and/or digital initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Experience working on global initiatives, and managing complexities across regions and functions;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • Possession of a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and passion for technology, change management, and digital adoption strategies.
