Job Summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Immunology Specialist Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Immunology team, you will be responsible for promoting and communicating medical information to healthcare professionals in hospital settings, focusing on specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and communicate medical information to healthcare professionals in hospital settings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders to maximize product visibility and acceptance
Provide up-to-date, evidence-based information on clinical benefits, usage protocols, and new therapeutic guidelines
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement commercial and marketing strategies, achieving sales targets and promoting the responsible use of the company's products
Analyze the hospital market and competition, identify opportunities and threats, and provide detailed reports to management, including performance metrics and improvement suggestions

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales in a hospital environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
Results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of medical regulations and compliance standards
Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills
Experience with hospital processes
Knowledge of key therapeutic areas relevant to the company's product portfolio
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for reporting purposes
