Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Continuity Senior to join our team. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and safeguard critical operations.

  • Develop and Implement Plans: Create and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans to mitigate risks and ensure seamless operations.
  • Risk Assessment & BIA: Conduct thorough risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and prioritize critical processes.
  • Crisis Management: Lead crisis response efforts, including testing recovery plans and conducting tabletop exercises.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate IT disaster recovery plans with business continuity strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in business continuity or disaster recovery planning.
  • Certifications: Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proficient in business continuity software and tools, knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, GDPR).
