Atualmente, estamos à procura de um especialista em compenstação SAP SuccessFactors para implementar e configurar o módulo de recompensa do nosso sistema de gestão de carreiras.
**Responsabilidades do Cargo**
O candidato seleccionado irá trabalhar na implementação e configuração do módulo de compenstação do SAP SuccessFactors, garantindo assim a otimização dos processos de compensação e suporte aos usuários finais. Além disso, será responsável pela colaboração com equipes globais para assegurar a entrega de projectos end-to-end e a participação activa nas fases de desenvolvimento até ao hypercare.
**Requisitos Exigidos**
O perfil ideal tem experiência mínima de 5 anos no módulo SAP SuccessFactors Compensation e certificação em SuccessFactors Compensation (desejável). Além disso, espera-se que o candidato tenha experiência comprovada em pelo menos 2 projetos completos (end-to-end) e conhecimento em integração com outros módulos de SAP SuccessFactors. A fluência em português é obrigatória, bem como a disponibilidade para viajar.
