Phiture is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team remotely. As a German-speaking expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients regarding website technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in German (C2 level required) and intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher). Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory. We offer a comprehensive training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.

You will be working independently, maintaining high-quality service while working remotely. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Document all customer interactions and issues in the company's CRM system
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
