Our Vision

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our Performance Team. In this role, you will create digital assets for performance campaigns – ranging from display ads and in-app communications to newsletters and website content. You'll collaborate closely with our client and work with the broader creative team to develop innovative, on-brand designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality digital assets (display ads, in-app messaging, paid social media, newsletters, website banners) that meet performance objectives.
  • Partner with copywriters, project managers, and creative leads to develop integrated performance campaigns and ensure designs align with campaign strategies and client expectations.
  • Adapt creative concepts across various digital channels while maintaining brand guidelines and consistency.
  • Manage feedback from clients and internal teams, iterating designs quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current with design trends and digital best practices to continually elevate our digital performance output.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital design, whether in an agency or integrated marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with design tools like Sketch or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating designs that drive performance.
