About the Role

We are seeking an experienced English Speaking Event Coordinator to support our team at AMGEN Capability Center Portugal.

The ideal candidate will have strong presentations and data compilation skills, with the ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support contract management, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, and Healthcare Professionals (HCP) Contracting.
  • Enforce the continuous improvement agenda of the ACCP and provide specific legal support for the function.
  • Manage contract templates and contract repositories creation (non-legal).
  • Support the audit team with any requirements/information.
  • Recognize and escalate problems or risks as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.

Requirements

  • University Degree, preferably in the business area, or high school completion and 2 years in a similar role.
  • Familiarity working with compliance processes and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Fluency in English, in written and verbal communication.
  • A good understanding of French is an asset.
