Job Summary
We are seeking an English Speaking Events Coordinator to support our contract management, purchase order lifecycle management, and healthcare professionals contracting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and data compilation skills, with the ability to work in a team and deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage contract templates and contract repositories creation
• Support the audit team with requirements and information
• Recognize and escalate problems or risks as needed
• Adapt and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department
• Provide specific legal support for the function, including corporate administration and intercompany agreement management

Requirements
• University degree, preferably in a business area, or high school completion and 2 years in a similar role
• Familiarity with compliance processes and procedures
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Personal credibility and flexibility
• Service-minded, proactive, and committed attitude
• Fluency in English, with a good understanding of French an asset
