About the Role:
This Digital Continuity Manager position requires a strong background in IT Continuity and Resilience. As a key member of the Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for managing the IT Continuity and Resilience of WM IT assets. Your expertise will enable us to maintain business continuity and minimize risks associated with IT disruptions.

Your primary objectives will be to:
  1. Ensure that IT Continuity Classification for each asset is well assessed by IT owner and consistent with Business continuity needs.
  2. Make sure IT Continuity plans (IC Plans) are completed and comply with Group Requirements for each IT Asset.
  3. Ensure that backup and restoration process and operational procedures are well documented and enforced.
  4. Ensure IT Disaster Recovery exercises are scheduled, driven and reported by IT Production teams.
  5. Follow-up post-DR exercise action plans.
