We seek an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our global sales strategy, driving revenue growth in Web3, e-commerce, luxury retail, and gaming. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our presence in key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a tailored sales strategy to meet our business objectives.

Requirements

  1. 8+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in fintech, web3, payments, or SaaS.
  2. Proven track record of scaling sales teams, exceeding revenue targets, and securing enterprise-level deals.
  3. Strong background in B2B sales, with experience selling to high-value clients in various sectors.
  4. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with an established network of decision-makers in relevant industries.
  5. Experience with crypto payments, Web3 commerce, or blockchain technology is highly desirable.
  6. Data-driven approach with excellent analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning abilities.
  7. A hands-on leader with the ability to inspire, mentor, and scale a global sales team.
