- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to meet business objectives and hiring targets.
- Source and identify top technical talent through various tools and resources, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through personalized communication and timely updates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans, and evaluation criteria.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks to ensure the highest quality candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a growing technology company.
- 3+ years of experience in an in-house recruitment environment, preferably in a technology company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of finding and hiring top technical talent with a high close rate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
