The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Group Manager to lead our data strategy, manage analytics initiatives, and oversee the implementation of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will be responsible for managing a team of data specialists, ensuring that data collection, storage, and analysis practices align with business objectives.

About the Role

  • Cultivate an emphasis on data quality and implement effective measures to improve data used in operations;
  • Guarantee data quality and ownership by enabling self-service analytics for diverse areas within the organization;
  • Develop techniques to make data quality more transparent and consistently raise its standards;
  • Supervise data quality improvement projects, ensuring planning, execution, and continuous monitoring;
  • Deliver readily accessible data reports, sourced from a centralized data repository, to various business units within the organization;
  • Evaluate the integration of external data sources into the data management processes, ensuring their incorporation and reliability;
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the adoption of data and self-service analytics tools and internal services;
  • Contribute to the definition of the department plan and budget to guarantee the integration of area priorities, resource needs, and performance indicators;
  • Intervene as an expert, contributing to committees and/or workgroups at an internal and/or external level, ensuring alignment in terms of policies and practice across the organization;
  • Represent the organization in international external forums, promoting the organization's image among relevant stakeholders;
  • Maintain awareness of market best practices and conduct benchmarks regarding internal or market references;
  • Analyze and correct inefficiencies to maximize allocated resources;
  • E nsure compliance with organizational norms and regulations at an operational level within activities and collaborate across the Organization by sharing knowledge and best practices, leveraging alignment on the correct implementation of procedures and methods on day-to-day operation;
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop people to drive team performance, managing the work of others in an effective way.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data, or related fields;
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in data analytics or data management, with 5 years in a managerial or leadership role;
  • Experience with data architecture;
  • Proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop high-performing teams;
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven strategies;
  • Deep understanding of business processes and how analytics can drive growth, efficiency, and innovation;
  • Ability to align analytics initiatives with strategic business goals and measure impact;
  • Experience with Data Mining and Machine Learning;
  • Ability to think critically about data quality, sources, and processes to ensure actionable results;
  • Experience in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities from large, diverse datasets;
  • Knowledge of industry-specific data practices and tools is a plus;
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • English proficiency.

What We Offer

As a Data & Analytics Group Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the success of our organization. The salary range for this position is €70,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
