Project Manager for NCI Academy Programmes

A Project Manager is required to lead the management of projects and programmes within the NCI Academy. The successful candidate will have experience in managing programmes of work between NCI Agency and large customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, replan, and execute project work packages, tasks, resources allocation, and travel plans with relevant stakeholders using ServiceNow.
- Monitor project expenditures versus agreed budget using Oracle Enterprise Business Application (EBA) and ServiceNow.
- Approve resource bookings using ServiceNow and EBA.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting Work Package Leads in planning and executing work package activities/tasks.
- Tracking progress versus plan through discussions with Academy and ACT Work Package leads.
- Reviewing project deliverables for quality control.
- Maintaining achievement of milestones and capturing concerns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA is also essential.
Requirements:- NATO SECRET security clearance.
- Experience with managing programmes of work between NCI Agency and large customers.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Prince 2, PMP, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the NATO Command Structure, Force Structure, and Political Structure.
- Excellent English language skills (Level 3 according to NATO STANAG 6001).
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
