Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Servicenow Developer and Administrator to join our international project team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, including UI changes, workflows, reports, data imports, integrations, scripting, and custom application development.
  • Develop service request process flows based on user requirements using Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, Notifications.
  • Create reusable utilities to maintain low-code development.
  • Design and develop Service Portals according to user requirements, utilizing ServiceNow Platform tools/modules.
  • Automate processes, customize applications, integrate systems (SOAP/REST), schedule events, and perform server-side/client-side scripting to meet business needs.
  • Analyze and understand user requirements to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations.
  • Perform system and integration testing, providing test data for developed scenarios.
  • Support Analysts on technical feasibility and data-related matters.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, and Service Portal technologies.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, BCM is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
