Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist for Online Marketing to join our team. As a Hebrew language speaker, you will be responsible for analyzing issues of business customers, partners, clients or internal stakeholders and resolving them through various communication channels such as chat, email or phone.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant customer care experience
- General understanding of online marketing products/services
