**Job Overview**

Welcome to Amorim Luxury Group, a renowned hospitality company seeking a skilled Guest Relations professional to join our team.

As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing appointments in our reservations system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Organizing cloakroom services for guests, providing a seamless and hassle-free experience.
  • Processing Jncquoi At Home requests and sales as needed, showcasing your excellent communication skills.
  • Maintaining and improving our CRM database, adhering to RGDP regulations and maintaining data integrity.
  • Providing information about Jncquoi concept, service, and locations to guests, highlighting the unique aspects of our luxury brand.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and quality standards, upholding the highest level of excellence in guest satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the hospitality industry. Familiarity with Reservation and CRM Systems (Covermanager & Salesforce) is highly desirable. Additionally, excellent communication skills, empathy, and a high level of personal organization and attention to detail are essential for this position.

You should possess fluency in English (additional languages are a plus), enabling you to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
