About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Localization QA Game Tester to join our team. As a Localization QA Game Tester, you will work closely with a global project team to ensure that games are accurately localized into multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a global project team to identify and correct language errors.
- Ensure adherence to console manufacturer guidelines and log details of errors and issues.
- Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure proper display/format of dates, calendars, and characters.
- Write reports on errors and bugs found and perform ad hoc translation.
- Oversee the quality of your work and contribute to the overall success of projects.
Requirements
- No experience required, but fluency in French and conversational English is necessary.
- Strong cultural understanding of the language you are applying for.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Excel, and robust Internet research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Candidate must be located within Europe.
