As a social media community manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the online presence of our clients by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Portuguese.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating a positive online environment, have a strong understanding of cultural nuances, and can effectively communicate with users in Portuguese.

Responsibilities
  • Moderate and review Portuguese-language user-generated content on social media platforms.
  • Evaluate content for compliance with community guidelines.
  • Interact with users to address inquiries and provide clarification regarding moderation actions.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to share insights and enhance moderation strategies.
  • Stay updated on cultural trends and issues within the Portuguese-speaking community to inform moderation practices.
  • Document moderation activities and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Hold a valid EU passport.
  • Prior experience in social media moderation or content management is preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of social media platforms and their community standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
  • Show willingness to work in a collaborative team environment while adapting to new technologies.
  • Be willing to relocate if not currently living in Greece.
