Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Portuguese Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to work in Greece In this exciting role, you will be responsible for moderating and managing user-generated content across various social media platforms in Portuguese. Your fluency in the language and understanding of cultural nuances will be pivotal in fostering a positive online environment while adhering to community standards.

To support your move, a relocation package is included, ensuring a smooth transition to Greece.

Responsibilities

- Moderate and review Portuguese-language user-generated content on social media platforms.
- Ensure compliance with community guidelines by identifying and managing inappropriate content.
- Interact with users to address inquiries and provide clarification regarding moderation actions.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to share insights and enhance moderation strategies.
- Stay updated on cultural trends and issues within the Portuguese-speaking community to guide moderation practices.
- Document moderation activities and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- EU passport is required.
- Prior experience in social media moderation or content management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their community standards.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment while adapting to new technologies.
- Willingness to relocate if not currently living in Greece.
