We are seeking a highly skilled French Collection Agent to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our collections department, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely payment from clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage client portfolios in a multinational environment, ensuring that all payments are received on time. You will also be responsible for receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the relevant subsidiaries.
