About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to join our team at Kudzu Interactive, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering professional growth and driving innovation by integrating AI-driven solutions and evaluating buy vs. build options.
  2. Design and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven strategies align with business and customer objectives.
  3. Collaborate in defining the data collection strategy and be the lead subject matter expert in Google Analytics.
  4. Champion the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize customer experiences and drive business performance.
  5. Develop and update dashboards for business stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Finance, Engineering, Account Management, and Support/Operations.
  6. Work collaboratively with smart and passionate software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, and other internal/external key stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years as a hands-on manager, leading a Data Analytics team in a fast-paced environment.
  2. 5+ years of experience with data analytics, including the use of BI tools such as Looker or Tableau to drive business outcomes.
  3. Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
  4. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
