Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit plays a vital role in the company's transformation journey, driving standardization, harmonization, digitalization, and automation of end-to-end processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Manually review engineering technical documentation, ensuring adherence to Airbus process requirements and center-specific guidelines.
  • Automate documentation checks to optimize efficiency.
  • Archive technical documentation within the Airbus environment.
  • Regularly report on check quality and progress.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Familiarity with the Airbus Engineering organization.
  • Knowledge of Airbus documentation processes.
  • Understanding of archiving procedures.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes strictly.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling trustful relationships in a remote work setting.
  • English proficiency (native language) and one additional native language (optional).
  • Baseline understanding of aircraft, product, and development processes (welcome but not mandatory).
  • Adherence to ethics and compliance rules, including data confidentiality, procurement processes, and GDPR regulations.

Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
