**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Specialist - E-commerce Expert

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year

**Job Description:** The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the e-commerce niche. This position requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the e-commerce industry, particularly in areas such as digital marketing, customer experience, product management, and logistics.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • **Talent Sourcing:** Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals, with a focus on e-commerce roles.
  • **Candidate Screening:** Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with a strong emphasis on their experience in the e-commerce space.
  • **Stakeholder Management:** Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to e-commerce positions.
  • **Interview Coordination:** Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback from interviewers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • **Employer Branding:** Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier e-commerce talent.
  • **Pipeline Management:** Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs within the e-commerce domain by building long-term relationships with potential candidates.
  • **Data-Driven Recruitment:** Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve the hiring process and make informed decisions.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Experience:** 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on e-commerce or DTC roles.
  • **Industry Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including key roles in digital marketing, product management, customer experience, and logistics.
  • **Skills:** Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding and attracting the best talent in a competitive market.
