Responsibilities:- Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to determine their suitability for open positions.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand the requirements of open positions and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Support the coordination of interviews and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Create job advertisements on various platforms and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Develop reports on Talent Acquisition status.
- Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
