Job Overview
The Hyatt Regency Lisboa is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the Groups & Events department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
• Prepare group sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities and services, providing accurate information on hours of operation, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and special events.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, communicating by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Conduct site inspections and work closely with other hotel departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.
• Interact effectively with sales, kitchen, vendors, competitors, local community, catering associations, and other hotel departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Supports the Director of Sales on a day-to-day basis with various tasks.

Requirements
• Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
• Good team development and leadership skills.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality/tourism administration or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
